Step 1: Enter Insured Information

Enter the required information, including Federal ID, Insured Name, Address, Business Type, business start date, years of experience, and whether the client has prior claims or offices outside of Florida.

Step 2: Classes & Coverages

Select classification by typing in a class code or description.Then enter the number of employees & payroll. For Drug Free & Safety Programs you will need to provide proof. These forms can be found in the Agent's Corner.

Experience Mod is based on the experience of the policy. If unknown, your underwriter can look it up.

Liability Limits are usually 100/500/100 - unless higher limits are needed.

Step 3: Premium Summary

From the Premium Summary page, you can print a quote and review direct bill details and payment plans. When you are are ready to take the next step, click on Request to Bind.

Step 4: Request to Bind

After receiving the initial indication, click through Steps 1-10 to complete the Acord application.Once all information is entered, click Check Out to enter payment and issue policy.

Step 5: Request to Bind and Issue Policy

After entering a few more details about the business, the information is collected through ASAP, (Ascendant Smart Application Processor) which generates an Acord application. You are now ready to finalize payment options and issue a policy online!
